Terms of use
These terms are the rules for using PTLE Reviewer, a study app for the Physical Therapist Licensure Exam (PTLE). “We” and “us” mean PTLE Reviewer. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms. Please read them with our privacy policy and refund policy.
Who can use PTLE Reviewer
The app is for people preparing for the PTLE, such as physical therapy graduates. You must be 18 or older, or have a parent’s or guardian’s permission. Give true information when you sign up.
Your account
- One account is for one person. Do not share your account or password, and do not let anyone else study on it.
- Keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
- Tell us right away if you think someone else has used your account.
The free week
New accounts start with a free week. It includes a set number of practice questions, lectures, mind-map concepts and Ask Coach questions. The current numbers are shown on our home page and in the app. Some parts, such as the full mock exam, come only with full access. You do not need to give payment details.
When the free week ends, your account locks. You can still sign in and see your results, but you need full access to keep studying. We do not delete your account or your results when the free week ends. We may change the length or the limits of the free week for new accounts.
Full access
- Full access is a pass for one person. It is paid once and gives you the study tools in the app for as long as the pass lasts.
- It lasts until the day after the board exam date in your profile. If you have not set an exam date, it lasts for the number of days shown on the pay page, counted from the day your payment is confirmed.
- The end date is set when your payment is confirmed. Changing your exam date later does not change it, so contact us if your exam date moves.
- Prices are in Philippine pesos and are shown before you pay. We may change prices, but a change never affects a pass you have already paid for.
- Refunds follow our refund policy.
Fair use
Use the app for your own study. Do not:
- copy, download, record, scrape, sell, share or post the questions, explanations, lectures or other content of the app, in any form;
- use bots, scripts or other tools to read or collect content from the app;
- try to get around limits, locks or security, or use another person’s account;
- post anything unlawful, hateful or harassing, or other people’s private information, in discussions or messages.
Lectures and other content in the app carry a watermark with your name and an account code, so copies can be traced to the account they came from.
Our content
The questions, explanations, lectures, mind map and other content belong to us or to the people who license them to us. While your account has access, you may use them for your own study. That right is personal and cannot be passed to anyone else.
A study aid, not a guarantee
PTLE Reviewer helps you study. We work to keep the questions and explanations accurate, but they can contain mistakes, and they are not medical advice. Ask Coach answers are written by AI and can be wrong, so check them against your references. Do not use anything in the app to make decisions about real patients.
We do not promise that you will pass the PTLE or reach any score.
Not connected with the PRC
PTLE Reviewer is an independent study app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) or the Board of Physical Therapy. We name the exam only to say what the app helps you prepare for.
Suspension and closing accounts
We may pause or close an account that breaks these terms, for example by sharing the account or copying content. When we can, we will tell you why. If we close an account for breaking these terms, the rest of the pass is not refunded, except where the law requires.
You can stop using the app at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account (see our privacy policy).
The service
We try to keep the app running well, but it may sometimes be slow or unavailable, and we may change or remove features. As far as the law allows, our total responsibility to you is limited to what you paid for your current pass. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under Philippine consumer law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is important, we will tell you in the app or by email before it applies. If you keep using the app after that, the new terms apply to you.
Philippine law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute about them will be handled by the proper courts of the Philippines.
